Strategic Plan

The strategic plan provides a succinct outline of the College’s vision, values, purpose and context.  More importantly, the Strategic Plan identifies the College’s strengths and priorities for improvement in four key areas:

  • student learning

  • student engagement and wellbeing

  • student pathways and transitions

  • sport specialism

The Strategic Plan charts our objectives and priorities for a four year period. It is the framework under which our annual action plan is developed.
