Assessment and Reporting
Students from all year levels are provided with four reports a year. During term one and three all students receive an interim report which briefly outlines students’ progress and any area for improvement. Parents are encouraged to collect these reports from teachers during parent teacher interviews
Towards the end of term two comprehensive written reports are sent home. This process is repeated towards the end of term four with the exception of year 12s who finish their school year with external examinations in November.
To pass a subject students need to successfully complete all assessment tasks as outlined in their report. Students must also pass class work to satisfactorily complete a subject. Students, in years 7-10 who fail two or more subjects will be required to undertake a redemption process over a weekly period towards the end of each of the semesters.
